CSCMP's So Cal Roundtable will be holding its 8th Annual Leaders in Supply Chain on January 16th at Chapman University in Orange, California. Our panel consists of diverse c-level executives within the supply chain industry. We will explore strategies of top leaders, touching on education, mentorship, workplace qualms and how to sustain an upward career trajectory.

The Leaders presentation will be followed by scholarship awards to college students pursuing a career in the Supply Chain field. CSCMP So Cal Roundtable will award $10,000 in scholarships.

A sumptuous reception with great food will follow, so plan to stick around to network with panelists, award winners and other professionals!

This year, our featured leaders will include the following:

Mandy Shellnut - Director of Supply Chain Strategy at Living Spaces

Mandy has 18 plus years experience in the supply chain sector working at many different diverse companies including XPO Logistrics, Estes Air Forwarding, Universal Technical Institue, Inc., and Abbot Laboratories. She now finds herself as Director of Supply Chain Strategy at Living Spaces where she is able to take her diverse experience and wide industry connections to help design and implement market and operational strategies to execute supply chain efficiency and quality. Mandy has a BS from Michigan State University and a Masters in Supply Chain Management from Elmhurst College.

Heather Sheehan - Executive Director at Awesome: Advancing Women’s Supply Chain Leadership

Heather Sheehan is Executive Director of AWESOME, a non-profit organization with the mission of advancing women in supply chain leadership. She has over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing and transportation as the former co-Chief Procurement Officer for Danaher Corporation and prior leadership positions with Honeywell, Union Pacific and NCR. Under her consulting firm, Crispy Concepts LLC, she now provides supply chain leadership consulting, university teaching and serves on boards. She served on the board of directors of the global CSCMP organization for 11 years including as Chairman of the Board. She earned degrees from Penn State University (BS) and Carnegie Mellon University (MS).

Grace Woo -  Director of Supply Chain Strategy at McCormick

Grace’s mission is to help people thrive in our digital future and build bridges so that everyone, young and old, man and woman, human and robot, black and white and any color in between, can find their place in their technologically-disrupted workplace. She has designed and led supply chain transformational digital initiatives, from analytics, e-commerce, to digitization. Working on these there-is-no-best-practice projects energizes her as she constantly needs to stay strategic, flexible, and curious.

James Collier - VP of Sales at Fed Ex

Mr. Collier is a 30 year veteran of the transportation industry. As Vice President of Field Sales of the Western Division, he leads a team of more than 500 sales professionals and managers based in the West, Northwest and Southwest area of the U.S. He started is transportation career in 1989 with RPS and was with them for 10 years before RPS was acquired by Fed Ex iin 1999. BY 2006 James was promoted to Managing Director for the Desert Pacific Region and then again to Vice President of Field Sales for the Western Division. Mr. Collier has twice been awarded the Five Star Award, on of Fed Ex's most prestigious honors and is a 3 time President's Club winner. James is an army veteran spending 8 years in Germany and gaining the rank of Captain. He also graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina Central University in 1993.
