Hamidi has held many positions in the logistics world, entering his current role in August 2017 with Cargomatic – a tech-based transportation company with a focus on first and final mile. He was co-founder and EVP of Cargo Chief from 2013-2017, VP at BAM Worldwide from 2013-2014 and President at XPO Logistics from 2012-2013. From 2006-2011 he also worked as National Sales Manager and Director at Echo Global Logistics.

Ann Lee Carpenter brings more than 30 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, business development, and community outreach in the corporate world, nonprofit organizations, and as an entrepreneur. She has served as an advisor, coach, and mentor to entrepreneurs in industries including transportation and goods movement, clean tech, energy, and marine/ocean tech. Ann is co-founder and CEO of Braid Theory. Her areas of expertise also include grant and proposal writing, fundraising, event production, executive training, communications and PR, and strategic partnership building. Her marketing specific experience includes branding consulting, marketing and social media strategy, graphic and website design. As Director of Marketing for PortTech Los Angeles, Ann led outreach efforts to connect entrepreneurs to market opportunities.

Joel Ifill is a career Engineer and entrepreneur. He received his undergraduate in Welding Engineering from Pennsylvania College of technology and has spent 10 years in a variety of engineering roles for diverse industries like Aerospace, Nuclear Reactors for US Nuclear Navy, and water fountains for WET Design. He specializes in Manufacturing and Quality Systems with a focus on automation implementation. As an entrepreneur he launched multiple consumer products before founding DASH Systems in 2016.

Jonathan Huang is currently serving as CEO of Liftians Inc., specializing in automated material handling systems using intelligently guided robots to streamline order fulfillment operations. He has over 15 years of experience in big data technology and is an expert in the research and business application of business intelligence and machine learning for eCommerce and search technology. Jonathan worked for Yahoo! from 2002 to 2010 as a Product Intelligence Engineering Manager on product intelligence projects for Yahoo! Search, Yahoo! Social and Yahoo! Marketplace. At Barnes & Noble, he was director of Software Engineering, with a focus on search intelligence and personalization. He leads a team of veteran software engineers to spearhead the most advanced technologies in the fields of massive data processing, data mining, recommendation engine, personalization systems, machine learning, affinity grouping and clustering analysis. He possesses B.S degree in Mathematics and Master of Engineering from Zhejiang University, as well as an EMBA from St. Mary’s College of California.

Kerry McCracken is an IT & Supply Chain Executive from the Technology and EMS industries. Ms McCracken had a 19 year tenure at flex (formerly Flextronics) where she held a wide variety of roles in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations and IT. Under her leadership, she oversaw the design and deployment of thousands of global supply projects for a wide variety of products and services for hundreds of companies impacting billions in commerce. She has led technical product teams in hardware & software as well as cloud development, enterprise software deployment, IoT & big data. She joined Flextronics in 1998 after working in rapid growing tech companies such as Silicon Graphics Inc. where she had increasing responsibilities in new product management and operations. Currently, Ms. McCracken is consulting to assist companies with business transformation strategies and initiatives. Ms. McCracken holds a BSEE from University of the Pacific in Stockton, California.

Matt Yearling joined PINC as Chief Executive Officer in 2013, and has an extensive executive track record in developing market leading ERP, CRM, Security and Supply Chain cloud solutions for companies including Oracle, Symantec and Sage. In his current role, Matt leads an organization widely excepted as the market leader in Yard Management and Real-Time Location Systems. PINC’s latest innovation – PINC Air – continues to emphasize the company’s technological leadership, in becoming the first FAA approved drone for Supply Chain applications. Matt holds a HND in Electrical Engineering from the University of Plymouth, England, and a MS in Technology Management from Pepperdine University.

Mike Quindazzi is Managing Director and Business Development Leader for the Southwest region and US Digital services for PwC. He has 28 years invested in gathering industry experience & crafting his management consulting abilities; leading teams and global companies on innovation, strategy, and transformational initiatives. He is a keynote speaker on the global megatrends that are shaping future paths for business & society and focuses on the 8 emerging technologies essential to the enterprise by 2020. Mike was just recognized by Onalytica as a top 10 global social media influencer for Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics, and Digital Transformation. In addition to serving clients, Mike currently serves on the executive committee at the LAEDC, leading a number of important economic development initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Montclair State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and was granted honorary membership from the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.

Sloane Brakeville is the co-founder and CTO of Fr8 Network. Previously he was a Blockchain Specialist at IBM’s Blockchain Labs. He’s been involved with Blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies since 2013. While at IBM’s Blockchain Labs, Sloane was responsible for the success of projects in the Finance, Media and Entertainment, Supply Chain, and Healthcare industry verticals. Before joining the IBM Blockchain Labs, Sloane was building apps for iPhones and iPads. He originally joined IBM as a consultant for Salesforce CRM development.
